PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Hafez has represented individual and corporate clients in litigation and transactional matters for over two decades. In addition to serving as legal counsel to his clients, Hafez has served as a presenter and educator for Continuing Legal Education providers, trade associations and clients, on topics related to litigation planning and avoidance, construction law and collection strategies.

Hafez is primarily responsible for the Firm’s litigation practice.

PERSONAL LIFE

Hafez and his lovely wife continue to raise their two children. His interests include skiing, fly-fishing, woodworking, and Oregon Ducks football. In addition, he is learning to play the guitar (much to the chagrin of his family, colleagues, and anyone else within hearing distance).
